He was born in AKSARAY in 1947.He had gone in to the business life in 1971 and he had set up ULUBAS

ELECTRONİCAL COMPANY and had been registered in AKSARAY chamber of commerce,in the same year.He developed his business,in the following years and he started to work in building sector too.

He went on to work in electronic and building sectors.Until 1985,he came to istanbul and started to live there.He set up a textile company in istanbul in 1985.After 1988,he started to work about automotive sector too.And became KİA's vender in 1993 When the numbers of his companies increased,he made the big building in SEFAKOY as the central office for managing the all his companies.

Nuri ULUBAS started to social services after he turned over the companies to his brothers and the other professionel managers in 1996.
